What is the radiation they emit a candle flame?
I tryed using search engines to answer this question, but I think I do not know the proper terms: P want to know the benefits of candlelight to the extent it deals with biology. As your body adjusts to lighting the sun to generate more chemicals of x when the sunlight. Then the candles is the best source of light when going to bed an hour or so? I want details! P
The light of a candle is fundamentally different from sunlight. Sunlight is the black-body radiation (filtered through the atmosphere). Sailing results lines of soot. The end result is sunlight contains more than candles short wave photon. I do not believe in candlelight causes the body makes vitamin D, for example. There is no blue in the candlelight.
