What do you think of stuffing a chicken with citrus and herbs?

I will cook the bird, believed to be an orange (Barrios) and a sprig fresh basil and rosemary, perhaps adding a lemon or lemon slices in cavity. Season with garlic salt, mrs. dash salt and pepper season … do you think will be right?

This sounds excellent. I would add a little thyme. Goes well with rosemary. Why not take some of the orange / lemon and herbs and put it under of chicken skin for a little more flavor and moisture. I would like to use lemon juice. After extraction of juice, discard the lemon in the cavity with the orange. You came with a fantastic combination. With the herbs you've chosen your place will smell like heaven. I'll join the rest of the group. What time is dinner again?
