I went to the cheese factory, the other day and had this awesome drink called Georgia Peach Frozen is served in a cup Brandy sniff or schooner with a sprig of mint for garnish. mixture of Fisheries had a swirl of raspberry puree through which she really looked like a peach. Does anyone know the exact recipe as it is done? I know it made with Absolut vodka, fishing and raspberry puree. But is frozen peaches and raspberries, the amount of vodka, the amount of ice and if theres any more? Thanks
1 cup frozen peaches 1 dash of vanilla extract 1 / 4 cup lemon juice 1 tablespoon tablespoons sugar 1 1 / 2 ml vodka 1 cup crushed ice fishing liqueur 1 oz 1 / 2 oz apricot brandy swirl of raspberry puree Combine peaches, lemon juice, rum, brandy, brandy, vanilla and sugar in blender until smooth.
