Large Crackling

Electonic Question – Surge blew?
I do not know Electonics or electronic parts (ok, very little) … I sat at my computer and I heard one very large prisoner of war and the thought of a golf ball hit the window. Then I look at my TV, PS3 and a decoder is sitting and I heard a crackle pop (a kind of sound to your old computer monitor or off). I quickly unplugged everything and the sound stopped, but still a little soft. It makes me think of something with a capacitor is out of wack. Perhaps the soufflĂ© surge fried and all my gadgets? It seems that the crackle comes from each one of them if possible? My question is … Am honestly a little nervous touch / try on one of these gadgets in case of fire Hazzard. My TV, PS3 and Comcast box is worth more than $ 3,000. Do you think that something is Fried? Any idea if everything is? Any help on what to do here would be appreciated.
Sounds like something flat. Are all circuit breakers Travel in the fuse box? All I can suggest is to change each unit one at a time. the first TV test. Connect to the actual making and see if ignited. Turn it on with the remote control. Try to avoid touching it until you know your authorization. Repeat operation with other elements 2.
