Passion Fruit
I want to prepare an easy blend of pineapple and fruit pulp of passion … a good idea?
I want to be fresh fruit so no cooking involved. I just want to make a pleasant way.
Peel and core the pineapple, as usual. Using cookie cutters shaped, simply press the fanciful shapes of pineapples – diamonds, stars, flowers, etc. Place in a bowl or glass dish and serving other random drip paste passion fruit on the pineapple. You could make a good passion fruit cream, fold the dough in a mixture of equal parts cream cheese and mascarpone. Serve this in hand for those who want some. Cheers
