Red currants: making jelly without sugar, and any other recipe?
I just received my annual gift of my beautiful currants Columbia. Year Finally, I tried to make jelly with Splenda, not fixed. What is the secret? Do you have other income.
you can get fruit pectin from the store. gooseberries make a beautiful gift, it is not.
