Smelling Soy

What are the flowers in my soy milk?
I bought the soy milk on the market this weekend. Today (Thursday) paid the ultimate in my cereal. A few white flowers came out. Soy milk does not smell bad, and over the years, I've noticed the group occasionally. Anyone know what they are?
It is likely that not shake. Milk is a suspension (word science lol) that contain soy and other things. Therefore, we have soy milk shake thoroughly before pouring into it.
