Only 20% of the world population is lactose intollerant. If you eat or drink raw milk products, there are bacteria in products that digest lactose. Lactose is a combination of glucose and Glactase. Lactobacillus bacteria found in raw milk and eat the lactose you will have no problem with that. Cheese made by Kraft Foods is "a cheese a day."
